history I went to India in 1999, my first trip to the Asian continent to find just the right quality for The Mad Hatter Tea, I learnt greatly from the wisdom of the Indian Elders, whose families had been involved in tea plantations for generations. The next 6 years was of experiment, trial and error, until finally with help and commitment from my team of advisors, tea tasters and assistants we came up with the blend you taste today. Mad Hatter Tea is finely blended with a combination of Indian Assam tea especially for its flavour and African Rooibos principally for its colour.
The end result has been to blend
a tantalising tea that plays a melody of excitement with ones taste
buds that makes you look forward to every next cup of tea, in fact
